There are 2000 people living in Rajeev Nagar, Block - C - a settlement located in the northern part of India's capital city, Delhi.
A mixture of kuchcha and pucca houses dot the landscape. The dwellings give away a story of hardship stemming from poverty and the lack of access to basic amenities.
Before beginning to work in this community in 2014, a preliminary analysis of situations in Rajeev Nagar, Block - C, revealed that education - lack fo awareness about its importance and a high rate of droputs - characterises this area. Today, 200 children in our programme have fully understood the value of education and is trying to carry the message forward to their family and neighbourhood.

Sessions are divided into 3 parts:
Warm up: The development goal is introduced using interactive activities
Main activity: The development goal is reinforced using sports and activities
Review: A discussion is facilitated to draw parallels to real-life situations and sum up the learning objectives.
