Matthew Spacie, Founder
Formerly Chief Operating Officer of Cox and Kings and Founder of Cleartrip.com, Matthew comes with an extensive experience in senior positions in the corporate sector and an intuitive understanding of the needs of children and youth in India.
In 1999, Matthew established Magic Bus, and he has grown the organization from an informal, volunteer-led activity for disadvantaged children, into a leading organization working in the area of mentoring some of India’s poorest and young people from education to livelihood.
Matthew has been elected an Ashoka Fellow, a TED Fellow and more recently an ACSEP Asia Centre for Social Entrepreneurship and Philanthropy (ACSEP) Fellow. In 2007, he was awarded an MBE for services to children in the Commonwealth.

Patricia Mathias, Chief Executive Officer – Singapore
Patricia has a track record of twenty years of experience with Procter & Gamble in brand, people and business leadership across various geographies including India, South East Asia, Australia, US, UK and Greater China. Prior to joining Magic Bus, she was the Brand Director, Beauty Care at P&G Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore.
Justin Reeves, Executive Director - Magic Bus USA
Justin has 12 years of international non-profit experience in development, management, program design and media. His areas of focus are gender equity and education. Justin has spoken at several TEDx conferences and international events about citizen philanthropy and the role men and boys play in empowering girls.
Prior to Magic Bus, Justin led the global partnerships team at Girl Rising and spent six years working abroad in Asia, Africa and South America. He pursued his Master’s degree in Journalism at the Universidad Católica de Chile and his bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Washington.
